Our spiritual growth does not happen apart from community. For that reason, we have created mid-week environments where High School & Middle School students can come and spend a meaningful time together with their peers and loving adults. We like to call them “The Break” because it’s relaxed, refreshing and it gives young people the opportunity to slow down, take a break from the busyness of life and focus on what really matters.
These are Flood groups FOR STUDENTS and are ALWAYS open to newcomers. Each environment is unique in it’s purpose. Students will always have fun, always learn something about God and will always be invited to investigate who God is and what He thinks about us.
Thursday Nights, 7-9pm – Flood’s Offices
Dinner is available at 6:30pm; Open to Middle and High School
We try to create a space each week where students can have fun but also wrestle with faith. It feels alot like family and we hope that your student will come join us! We have amazing food, fun games, worship, a brief discussion on what was talked about at church on Sunday and then the bulk of our time is spent in groups having great conversation about how we can apply the truth to our lives. Middle School and High School meet in the same building but have their own program and groups.
Once a month on a Friday Night, 6:30-9pm – The Anderson’s home (Rancho Bernardo).
Tim, Holly and the Anderson kids open their house up on every other Friday night to any middle AND high school students in North County. It is a blast!!!! There’s food, crazy games, lots of opportunities to meet people, have a ton of fun and hear about things that matter in the life of a middle schooler. Come join us anytime!
