A time where students can continue to meet together during the week and bring hope and healing to their schools.
Our spiritual growth does not happen apart from community. For that reason, we have created mid-week environments where High School & Middle School students can come and spend a meaningful time together with their peers and loving adults. We like to call them “The Break” because it’s relaxed, refreshing and it gives young people the opportunity to slow down, take a break from the busyness of life and focus on what really matters.
These groups are ALWAYS open to newcomers and each environment is unique in it’s purpose. Students will always have fun, always learn something about God and will always be invited to investigate who God is and what He thinks about us.
Thursdays during lunch – Auditorium at Kearny High
Every Thursday, during lunch, we run “The Break” which is an on campus club associated with Fellowship of Christian Athletes. It is a 30 minute program that includes pizza/drinks, social time, group game, a short message with the goal of inviting young people to investigate the life of Jesus. We meet in the Main Auditorium
Much like the Break listed above, we are looking to add more, or join existing on campus clubs at area schools. We are looking for Middle Schools and High Schools. If you’re a student and want to start a club please let us know! If you’re a parent and/or teacher and would like to see a club started at a school please let us know!
