We’re setting aside our Sunday Gatherings on May 6 to roll up our sleeves and serve the Kearny High School staff and students!

Why Serve Sunday

Serve Sunday is not only an opportunity to serve the Kearny community as one church but for us to also learn about the place we call our Sunday home. Through events like Serve Sunday, we are invited to invest in the places that God has placed us.

How to Serve

Three ways that you can be a part of our Serve Sunday.

Participate in a Project

Just show up to a regularly scheduled gathering— 9am, 11am, or 7pm—ready to work! We’ll meet in the auditorium before being dismissed to a project.
Family friendly projects available.

No RSVP Needed for Flood participants.

Lead a Project

We need 50 people to lead a project on Serve Sunday. Projects include: cleaning a classroom, painting a hallway, building furniture. Come 30 minutes before your gathering to receive instructions and supplies.

Donate a $10 Gift Card

Appreciate a Kearny teacher or staff member. Donate a $10 gift card and drop it off at the Welcome Tent on or before Serve Sunday.
