Graduate Internship

Program Overview

As one gets older, life seems to get more complicated. What do you want to do with your life? Where should you start your career? What type of legacy do you want to leave on this earth? This program is specifically designed for people seeking to go into full time ministry within a church context. Not only will you be an integral part of the leadership staff at Flood, you will also be gaining the necessary experience and skills to help prepare you to be a successful minister in today’s changing world. We see these internships as a training ground to prepare you for leading effective ministries in the 21st century. Through a partnership with Bethel Seminary, you will be pursuing a Master’s Degree and have the choice of a variety of degree programs (excluding Marriage & Family Therapy).

While serving at Flood, you will play a significant role within one or more ministries, all dependent on need. Your roles and responsibilities may vary throughout the internship, as you are applying to the process and not a specific job opening. This internship will certainly be challenging, as you will embark upon full time academic and ministerial pursuits.

All Graduate Interns will be required to raise financial support to cover all educational and personal expenses. Flood will not only assist in helping you raise your support but will also contribute towards your education and living expenses.
