Flood Family,

We have an exciting week coming up at Flood! Each week we want to share a preview of Sunday, as well as a snapshot of the events, groups, and other ways for you to stay connected to Flood in this season. Check out what’s coming up this week below!

Join us tomorrow as we continue our series XXIII: The Satisfied Life by looking at faith, and what it means to trust God and rely upon Him in the face of fear and uncertainty. We’ll be live at 9am, 11am, and 7pm at

Women’s Event
Monday, July 20th at 7pm, Livestream at
Join us for an honest conversation about God, race, and racial justice. As we seek to be women who are following Christ in all aspects of life, listening deeply to people’s experiences that are different from our own can be one of the most Jesus-like steps we can take toward growing in love, humility, and justice. We are excited to have the unique opportunity to hear from Jocelyn Watkins and Joi Spencer, interviewed by Roxanne Hammett as we seek to listen well and grow together. We hope to “see” you there for this livestream!

Reopening Update

We are all looking forward to the time when we can gather in person. While we were hopeful to offer an option soon for safe in-person Sunday worship gatherings, due to the latest updates from the state and school district, we are putting this plan on pause. We will continue our online only gatherings every Sunday at 9am, 11am and 7pm for now. All upcoming in-person groups and events will meet online or in socially distant outdoor settings.

In this uncertain time, our commitment remains to be a Christ-centered movement of hope and healing. We know these latest setbacks can evoke another wave of grief and loss for many. As a church family, we want to remain connected and supportive. If you need prayer or pastoral counsel, please email [email protected]. We also have helpful resources available at and

May we continue to experience the Lord as our Good Shepherd who supplies all that we need. In the midst of life’s challenges and uncertainties, we belong to the strong and unshakeable Kingdom of God. The One who calls
us is faithful.
