Ordinary Justice: Small Steps to Changing Your World

The First-Timer Track is for participants who have never attended SOMA. This track includes sessions on the Strengthsfinder and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessments, two all-new General Sessions that will challenge and equip you, workshops for you to choose from, coaches to help you maximize your weekend, and much more!
If you have already taken the below assessments (and you have your results), the conference cost is reduced. If you have already taken:

Step 2: Make your $25 non-refundable deposit or pay for the conference in full through Flood's online giving portal here (if you have an account) OR in person in the Kearny Courtyard this Sunday
Step 3: Pick up your MBTI and Strengthsfinder assessments in the Kearny Courtyard
Step 4: Complete the first-timer on-line conference application here
Note: Partial work scholarships for SOMA are available for those who would not otherwise be able to attend the conference. Please email LinseyWildey@DIVEintoFLOOD.com to give to or utilize scholarship funds.
The Alumni Track is for participants who have attended SOMA before. This track includes all the elements of the First-Timer Track with new Saturday Workshops as well as brand-new Alumni Sessions, and a one-on-one time with a SOMA coach.

Free if parents are attending SOMA
SOMA Kids (0-5th grade) happens during Friday evening and Saturday. It is a time for kids to use their gifts. Their will be fun running, drawing, eating, and more. Bring your outside shoes, and a treat to share!
