Not for Sale: Human Trafficking Event

FREE! Wednesday, October 17 Classes: 5:30 & 6:40pm, Concert 8pm

The Church at Rancho Bernardo is proud to host an educational experience on human trafficking and modern-day slavery. Participants will be empowered to end the global slave trade through incorporating tangible action steps into their daily lives.

This powerful event begins with motivating teaching from a non-profit organization called Not For Sale at 5:30pm followed by a performance by the band The Wrecking at 8pm. The event is FREE, but bring money for dinner hosted by Miho Gastrotruck

Schedule:

Workshop 1: 5:30-6:20pm
The Team Not For Sale Workshop examines interactive approaches to utilizing ones personal passions, creativity, and skills in the abolitionist movement.  Artists, athletes, and musicians alike can join in solidarity to ensure children around the world are Free2Play

Break

Workshop 2: 6:40-7:30pm
The Free2Work Workshop addresses our role as consumers in advocating for corporate social responsibility and adjusting our purchasing behaviour to ensure we do not buy products that compromised another person’s freedom.

Break

Concert: 8-9:30pm
